Conowingo Roaring

Almost continuously, since last July, water has been roaring down the Susquehanna River and through the Conowingo Dam, periodically spewing mud and debris into the Chesapeake Bay. The Dam is the last stop for the River on its way to the Bay. What to do about the problem is still not clear.
